Shipping Policy
1.All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, using our standard shipping method.
2.We offer a special flat rate for shipping the orders of more than $50.00 per order, for deliveries to the continental United States. The shipping rates for deliveries to out of continental U.S. are higher due to additional freight costs charged by carriers. For some oversized or heavy items, additional charges may apply (you will be notified by email if additional shipping charge is required). See below for details on our shipping rates.

3. Delivery: Please allow 2-8 business days from the time we receive your order.
4. Currently we accept orders only from, and ship to, USA and Canada. Please contact us first if you need to ship to any country other than USA or Canada. Additional shipping charges will be added for shipping destinations other than USA and Canada.
5. Expedited shipping is available with additional shipping charges, upon request by the customers.
6. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur additional shipping charges due to the charge for returning the packages to us. In such cases, you will be charged with normal shipping rates (not a special flat rate that applies only to new orders) that the outgoing shipping will be charged with.
Returns and Exchanges
1. We will accept the returns of unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in original packaging, within 15 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise.
2. RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns. RMA number may be obtained by an email request to support@blackbeltone.com.
3. The customers shall be responsible for all shipping charges for return and exchange.
4. Any defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customers. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the merchandise in order to receive credit or replacement. All sales are final after 30 days.
5. A restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced amount will be applied to all refunds, except for refunds or exchanges for defective merchandise.
6. Any returned items that are not in new condition, or have been wrinkled or damaged when returned to us will be sent back to you at your cost.
7. A copy of invoice is required for all returns and exchanges.
